To expedite your order for shipping your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will issue an immediate refund and re-charge when the item(s) ship. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. As we are not responsible for errors made during ordering, address or credit card entry, please check you information for accuracy before submitting your order.
Order CancellationsCancellation by Body After Baby - We work to process each and every order, however, we reserve the right to cancel the order if one or other of the following circumstances applies:
your shipping or payment information in incomplete
• we our out of stock on the item(s) you ordered
• we do not deliver to your area or country
In the event of a cancellation we will notify you by e-mail, or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fulfill the order we will credit your account immediately. Body After Baby will credit your account for the value of the goods and shipping only. does not reimburse any bank charges you may have incurred in the transaction.
Please note refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete depending on there processing time. This can vary between banks and your patience is appreciated.
Cancellation by you - We work to process all orders on the same day or following business day (Excluding Holidays) in which they were received. If you contact us and the order has already been processed and shipped we cannot cancel the order. However, if the order has not been shipped we will gladly cancel the order and credit any charges back to your account. If you need to cancel an order after it’s been placed with us, we recommend calling or emailing us within 2 hours to cancel.
Backorders and out of stock items
If your product(s) is out of stock or on backorder at the time of purchase we will promptly credit you back for any charges associated with those items. We will also notify you via email of the expected availability date and estimated shipping date for these items.
