Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of undergarments and hygiene, we can only accept items that have not been worn. We are happy to accept a return or exchange for new items with original packaging that have not been altered, worn, or soiled. All returns are subject to inspection and will be credited back once approved. Returns without original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns and exchanges require an RA# or Return Authorization # issued by Body After Baby. To obtain an RA# please fill out our RETURN FORM and submit.
- Once we receive your return notice we will issue a Return Authorization (RA#) and send it to the email address provided.
- Returns must have the RA# written and clearly visible on the outside of your packaging. We can't process returns without an RA#.
- We accept UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping methods. Body After Baby does not provide return shipping, all return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless noted.
- All returns must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date or DUE date noted when ordering to qualify for credit. Returns past 30 days will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.
- Please allow 1-2 days to process your return once received.
- Refund amounts are subject to product and packaging condition - please take care of the items you are returning so you may receive a full refund.
- Refund amounts do not include original freight charges as we are charged these by our carriers.
We know how important your time is as a new mother and how challenging your size may be to determine - not a problem! We will cover the freight charges to get your product exchanged 1 time only (Domestic Orders Only - not including Hawaii or Alaska)
There are 2 ways you can exchange your product for free:
- Fill out our RETURN FORM and submit - noting your exchange preference. Once we receive your original purchase back we will ship you the desired product and size with no additional freight charges.
- For those of you who just can't wait for the return process, we can take care of your exchange immediately and get you in the correct product/size. Follow the directions above and then call us at 888.296.0281 or you may email us at email@example.com and we will provide the necessary information to process your exchange prior to receiving your original purchase back. Note: you will be required to order and pay online for your exchange. A free freight return label will be included in your order to send back the original product. Credit will be issued for the original product upon receipt and approval.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND ERRORS
We will gladly exchange any product that is defective or has been incorrectly shipped to you prior to receiving the exchanged product. All exchanged product must be sent back for inspection and proper credit. Any items not returned when an exchange has not been authorized will result in additional charges.
